Veneer Drying
High-quality poplar rotary-cut veneers are fed into a drying kiln, with precise control of the veneer moisture content to the standard range;
Hot Pressing and Bonding
The veneers are arranged along the fiber direction, coated with environmentally friendly waterproof adhesive, and fully cured and bonded under high temperature and high pressure;
Stress Curing
After hot pressing, the veneers are placed at a constant temperature to eliminate internal stress and reduce the risk of future deformation;
Inspection and Sorting
The veneers are cut to length, sanded, and each piece is inspected for straightness and bonding quality, rejecting substandard products.
