Standard Sections
Primarily square, such as 90x90mm, 120x120mm, 150x150mm, 200x200mm. A limited number of rectangular sections (e.g., 120x180mm) are also available to meet special design requirements.
Standard Lengths
2.4m, 3.0m, 3.6m (8', 10', 12'). Custom lengths are available based on ceiling height, but on-site cutting allowance is recommended.
Surface Finish Grades
Industrial Grade: Sanded on all four sides, but allows for minor healthy knots and slight color variations, suitable for subsequent wrapping or painting. The most economical choice.
Appearance Grade: Selected veneer, finely sanded on all four sides, with relatively uniform color and texture, suitable for applications requiring exposed display. Higher price.
tructural Performance and Corrosion Protection
We guarantee the structural reliability of the foundation:
Foundation Treatment: All products are kiln-dried to meet transportation moisture content standards.
Pressure Treatment (Optional): Customers can choose additional pressure treatment for corrosion and insect protection (such as using ACQ or CuAz agents) to achieve UC3 (outdoor, not in contact with ground) or UC4A (in contact with ground) ratings, at an additional cost. The treated product will turn green.
Connection Design and Installation Recommendations
End Plate Connections
We offer the option of pre-embedded steel plates. A steel plate with bolt holes is precisely embedded into the column end at the factory, allowing for direct bolting to the foundation or beam on-site-a very secure and convenient solution.
Side Connections
The flat sides facilitate connection to adjacent beams or walls using heavy-duty brackets or bolts.

Export Packaging and Quality Assurance

Comprehensive Corner Protection
All eight corners of each column are wrapped with thickened paper or plastic corner protectors and secured with tape.
Waterproof Bundling
Multiple columns are placed side-by-side and tightly wrapped together with a waterproof membrane, then reinforced with steel straps to form a sturdy transport unit, effectively preventing bending and impact.
Quality Commitment
We guarantee that the product, when arrived under proper packaging and transportation, will not have cracks, severe bending, or decay that would affect its structural use. Minor surface wear during transportation (which can be repaired after sanding) is not covered under warranty.
