Detailed Production Process
Utilizing a poplar veneer hot-pressing and reassembly process, the entire process involves zero fumigation of the raw wood, ensuring the finished product meets export compliance standards.
Veneer drying treatment, adjusting moisture content to a suitable range for packaging materials;
After applying adhesive, the veneers are layered and arranged, then bonded and cured under high temperature and pressure;
Stress release through constant temperature curing, followed by sanding on all four sides and cutting to a fixed length;
Finished products are sampled and tested for bonding strength; only those that pass the test are packaged and shipped.
