Special treatments available include insect repellent, anti-corrosion, flame retardant, and coating.
Hot pressing and curing technology
The glued veneer is pressed into a dense whole under high temperature (typically >150°C) and high pressure.
High temperatures cause the adhesive to cure rapidly, forming an insoluble and infusible network structure; high pressure forces the veneers into close contact, expelling air and forming a high proportion of solid wood components, thereby greatly improving the product's density and mechanical properties.
