The core processes of "Kiln Drying"
We use scientific methods to control the "breathing" of wood:
Precision Kiln Drying
Before entering the production line, our veneers undergo a steam-heated drying kiln. By precisely controlling the temperature (60-80℃) and time (adjusted according to the veneer thickness), the moisture content of the veneer is uniformly reduced to 8-10%.
Balancing Treatment
The dried veneers are not used immediately but are stored in a constant temperature and humidity environment for 24-48 hours to ensure even distribution of internal moisture and eliminate drying stress. This step is crucial to preventing deformation of the finished product later.
Finished Product Curing
After hot-pressing and sanding, LVL products are left to cure in a warehouse for 3-5 days to allow the material to further adapt to the environment and release residual stress.
Final Moisture Content
Through the above processes, the final product's moisture content is controlled within a precise range of 10% ± 2%, which is more stable than conventional products (12-15%).

Kneaded products will still absorb moisture and expand in humid environments, albeit to a smaller extent. Upon arrival in high-humidity areas, proper storage and acclimatization are still necessary.
Kneaded products cost 8-12% more than ordinary products; please assess the necessity based on the actual needs of the project.
