Flexible Customization
Length Customization: The most common customization requirement. Any length can be specified within the range of 2 to 13 meters. We will optimize cutting to reduce waste.
Cross-section Height Customization: The total height of the beam can be adjusted within a certain range (e.g., from 240mm to 260mm), usually achieved by adjusting the number of single-layer panels.

Customization Process and Technical Requirements
We have a simple and efficient customization process:

Requirements Communication: You provide detailed dimensional drawings (including length, cross-sectional width and height, whether pre-drilled holes/grooves are needed, etc.), estimated usage, and intended use (to determine load requirements).

Feasibility Assessment: Our engineers will assess the feasibility of the production process within 2-3 business days and provide a preliminary plan.

Quotation and Delivery Time: After confirming feasibility, we will provide a formal quotation and estimated delivery time (custom orders typically do not have stock, and the production cycle is 1-2 weeks longer than standard products).

Sample Confirmation (Optional): For large-volume customization, a small number of samples can be produced for your confirmation first.

Mass Production: After order confirmation and deposit payment, mass production will be arranged.

Packaging Solutions
Specialized bundling and protection solutions will be designed based on the shape and length of the customized item to prevent deformation and damage during transport.
Handling Extra-Long Items
Components exceeding 12 meters in length may require special transportation and hoisting solutions. This needs to be communicated in advance and may incur additional costs.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Delivery Time
