Products Description

This product is the most common general-purpose LVL material on construction sites and also our largest export product. Its positioning is simple and clear: to provide reliable, durable, and reasonably priced timber for overseas construction sites for everyday construction scenarios such as formwork support, temporary reinforcement, and scaffolding pads. There are no complicated technical concepts; it's simply the most practical material on a construction site.

Product positioning and site suitability
This product is specifically designed for "construction site environments":

Highly adaptable
Suitable for various applications, from formwork backing during concrete pouring to anti-slip mats for temporary passageways, and foundation sleepers for material stacking.
Durable and reliable
Manufactured using standardized processes, our timber is designed to withstand the harsh conditions of construction sites, including sun, rain, and forklift traffic, minimizing cracking and deformation, allowing for repeated use.

Acceptable wear and tear
As a construction site consumable, we don't prioritize perfect appearance, allowing for knots and color variations that don't affect strength, keeping costs within a reasonable range.
Specifications and Common Sizes
We only produce the specifications most needed on construction sites:
Standard Lengths
2.4 meters, 3.0 meters, and 4.0 meters are the most commonly used lengths on construction sites, convenient for transportation and on-site use. Other lengths can be customized in advance upon request.
Main Cross-Sections
50×100mm: The most common size, used for formwork back bracing and scaffolding horizontal bars.
50×150mm: Used for beam bottom supports requiring slightly higher strength and platform joists.
100×100mm: Used as support columns and temporary load-bearing columns.
150×150mm: Heavy-duty supports and equipment foundation pads.
Packaging
Classified by specification, bundled into square bundles with steel straps, each bundle weighing between 1.5 and 2 tons, for easy forklift loading and unloading.

Performance and Quality Control
We guarantee our products are capable of handling on-site work:
Strength Standards
The product's flexural strength is consistently above 30MPa, fully meeting the requirements of temporary structures and support systems on construction sites. Each batch undergoes sampling testing before leaving the factory to ensure stable performance.
Basic Inspection
Quality inspection focuses on three aspects:
Whether the adhesive lines are full and continuous (ensuring strong interlayer bonding)
Whether there are bends that affect use (straightness deviation ≤3mm/meter)
Whether there are serious cracks at the ends (minor end cracks are normal and do not affect use)
Moisture Content Control
The moisture content is controlled between 12-15% at the factory. This range ensures the product is not easily deformed when stored outdoors on the construction site, while preventing it from absorbing moisture and expanding during use due to excessive dryness.
Export Packaging and Logistics Solutions
For the transportation characteristics of construction site materials, we adopt practical packaging:
FEATURE 01
Moisture-proof measures
0.08mm thick polyethylene moisture-proof film is used for six-sided wrapping, with the edges sealed with tape to prevent moisture and mold during sea transport.
FEATURE 02
Reinforced binding
19mm wide galvanized steel strapping is used, with no fewer than four straps on each bundle to ensure it does not come undone during long-distance transport.
FEATURE 03
Corner protection
Paper corner protectors are placed at the four corners and edges of each bundle to prevent damage to the edges and corners during forklift operations.
FEATURE 04
Marking
Each bundle is equipped with a waterproof plastic label indicating product specifications, quantity, production batch, and port of destination, facilitating inventory and warehousing for the consignee.
FEATURE 05
Container loading
We will provide a loading diagram based on your order specifications to ensure maximum utilization of container space and help you save on sea freight costs.
