Products Description

This product is a standard I-beam designed to meet the needs of medium-span buildings in the international market. It does not mimic the complex shape of a steel I-beam, but rather uses an optimized "I"-shaped cross-section, aiming to achieve a higher strength-to-weight ratio with less material. Factory prefabricated, it offers stable performance and is a cost-effective choice for roofing and flooring systems in commercial buildings such as warehouses, small factories, and supermarkets.

Structural Design and Core Advantages
Our I-beam designs adhere to practical principles:
Optimized Sections
The flanges (upper and lower horizontal sections) utilize LVL (Laminated Variable Laminate) for strong bending resistance; the web (middle vertical section) can use oriented strand board (OSB) or thin LVL, primarily resisting shear forces. This combination effectively reduces material costs and product weight while ensuring load-bearing capacity.
Convenient Connections
The flange top and bottom surfaces are flat, allowing direct installation of roofing or floor slabs. Pre-drilled holes or grooves at standard intervals are provided on both sides of the web for easy installation of pipelines, ducts, or subsequent addition of supporting components.
Span Coverage
Standard designs cover a clear span range of 6 to 12 meters (approximately 20 to 40 feet). We provide corresponding section height selection guidelines for different loads (such as snow loads and equipment loads).t.
Clear Specifications and Performance Data
We provide a clear product catalog to avoid customer confusion:
Standard Height Series
e.g., 240mm, 300mm, 360mm, 420mm. Height is directly related to span.
Standard Flange Width
Typically 40mm or 60mm, providing sufficient bolt contact area.
Custom Lengths
Supports fixed-length production in feet or meters, with end cutting and anti-corrosion treatment completed before shipment.
Load Table
A simplified load span table based on internationally recognized standards (similar to the SPAN table) is provided with the shipment to help engineers and contractors quickly select the right model. Static load capacity is clearly indicated.

Factory Prefabrication and Quality Control
We focus on repeatable, high-quality prefabrication production:
FEATURE 01
Production Line Operation: Cutting, assembly, gluing, and pressurization are completed on a dedicated production line to ensure dimensional consistency and bonding strength of each I-beam.
FEATURE 02
Glue Line Inspection: Ensure the glue line at the flange-web connection is continuous and full.
FEATURE 03
Dimensional Tolerances: Overall height, length, and straightness are controlled within industry-standard tolerances (e.g., ±2mm/m).
FEATURE 04
Visual Inspection: Remove components with large knots or severe defects that could affect the structure.
FEATURE 05
Foundation Testing: Regularly perform three-point bending tests on beams coming off the production line to verify that their bending stiffness meets design expectations.
