Specific Cost Optimization Measures
Raw Material Optimization
A/B grade mixed veneers are scientifically proportioned. Veneers with better appearance are used on the surface, while veneers with healthy small knots are allowed inside without affecting overall performance, but raw material costs are reduced by approximately 15%.
Adhesive Selection
Mature and stable E1 grade urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive is used, fully complying with export environmental requirements, but at a lower cost compared to high-end phenolic adhesives.
Simplified Surface Treatment
Only one side (installation surface) is sanded; the other side remains in its natural state or lightly sanded, without affecting its use in concealed projects.
Simplified Packaging
Economical packaging is adopted, using thinner moisture-proof film and recycled paper corner protectors to reduce costs while ensuring basic protection.

Specifications and Common Sizes
We only produce the most commonly used sizes to reduce costs through economies of scale:
Main Specifications
38×89mm (1.5×3.5 inches) – Commonly used joist size in the North American market
45×95mm (Metric) – Suitable for most frame structures
50×100mm – The most common international size
50×150mm – Joists for slightly larger spans
75×150mm – Small beams or heavy-duty joists
Standard Lengths
2.4 meters (8 feet), 3.0 meters (10 feet), 4.0 meters (13 feet)
Packaging Units
Sold by cubic meter or bundle, each bundle approximately 0.8-1.2 cubic meters, for easy calculation of shipping costs and customs clearance.
Export Packaging and Logistics Arrangements
Economy items also require safe delivery:

Basic Protection
Wrapped in 0.05mm moisture-proof film, with recycled paper corner protectors for edge protection, and reinforced with steel straps. This protection level is sufficient for normal sea freight, but not suitable for long-term open-air storage or multiple transshipments.
Full Container Load (FCL) Preferred
We recommend purchasing economy items in full containers to maximize packaging and transportation costs. For less-than-container load (LCL) shipments, additional packaging protection is required.

Loading Recommendations
We will recommend the most economical container configuration (20ft, 40ft, or 40ft high cube) based on your order volume and provide loading solutions to ensure maximum space utilization.
Storage Tips
We recommend warehousing as soon as possible after arrival at the port to avoid prolonged open-air storage at the terminal. For long-term storage, place in a well-ventilated and dry area.
