Length Tolerance
The actual length of the standard lengths of 2.4 meters, 3.0 meters, and 4.0 meters will be guaranteed to meet the nominal length, allowing a positive tolerance of +10mm/-0mm (only longer, never shorter).
Moisture Content Standard
The above dimensional commitments are measured when the product reaches an equilibrium moisture content (12%±2%). Wood may vary slightly with ambient humidity, but within this moisture content range, the dimensional guarantee remains valid.

Sanding Allowance Control
In the surface sanding process, we strictly control the amount of sanding material removed, only removing necessary burrs and unevenness, rather than excessively reducing dimensions for a "smooth appearance."
Online Measurement
Our production line is equipped with a laser thickness gauge to monitor the sheet thickness in real time. If any deviation from the set value is detected, the hot pressing and sanding parameters are immediately adjusted.
Regular Sampling
Every shift, a full dimensional inspection is conducted on the finished products, measuring thickness, width, length, and straightness, and recording the results. These records can be provided to customers for review (if required).
Third-Party Verification
We welcome customers or their designated third parties (such as SGS, BV) to conduct on-site dimensional checks before shipment. We provide the measuring tools and convenience, letting the facts speak for themselves.
