Fully Controllable Process
From veneer rotary cutting, drying, gluing, hot pressing to cutting, sanding, and packaging, all processes are completed in our own factory. Quality is fully controllable, eliminating the instability often associated with outsourced products.

Our production process lets you understand how your product is made step by step:

Veneer Preparation: We purchase logs, rotary cut them ourselves, and control the veneer thickness to be uniform (2.5-3.5mm).

Drying Treatment: We build our own drying kilns to reduce the veneer moisture content from over 60% to 8-12%.

Glue Application and Laying: Automatic glue applicators apply glue evenly, with manual assistance to ensure each layer of veneer is oriented in the same direction.

Hot Pressing: Multi-layer hot presses are used for high-temperature and high-pressure curing, at a temperature of 130-150℃ and a pressure of 1.2-1.5MPa.

Cutting and Sanding: We cut to length and sand on all four sides to ensure accurate dimensions and a smooth surface.

Quality Inspection and Packaging: Each bundle is inspected for appearance, packed, and stored for shipment.
