Built-in Damping Vibration Reduction Structure
An innovative composite layer of high-performance recycled rubber particles (8%-12%) is incorporated into the keel, effectively converting structural vibration energy into heat. Optimized through finite element analysis of its cross-sectional geometry and rib distribution, it possesses excellent damping characteristics while bearing load. We have obtained exclusive authorization for German DECOUP® vibration reduction technology, enabling this product to be directly applied to acoustically sensitive spaces with stringent background noise requirements, such as professional recording studios and concert halls.
Authoritative Acoustic Certification
The product and complete system have passed full testing by the Tsinghua University Architectural Acoustics Laboratory, which provides detailed frequency-sound insulation curve reports. Under standard construction, the airborne sound insulation (Rw) of lightweight partition wall systems can reach 55dB, and the impact sound pressure level (L'nT,w) of suspended ceiling systems can be as low as 48dB.
Simulating the most demanding construction environments, the product underwent 1000 cycles of cyclic loading at 1.5 times the design load, with its permanent residual deformation strictly controlled within 0.15% of its length (L).
All connection holes are fitted with 304 stainless steel bushings, and after up to 5000 cycles of bolt tightening tests, the hole diameter expansion is ≤ 0.3mm, ensuring connection reliability under long-term use.
